1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Romenter.ai: Insight Engine (the "Platform"), operated by Romenter Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

2. Service Description

The Platform provides AI-driven forensic document analysis, schedule extraction, and risk auditing services for the construction industry. Services are provided in two modes:

• Simulation Mode: A demonstration environment using pre-rendered data for educational purposes.
• Live Mode: Usage-based analysis of user-uploaded documents requiring credits or an active subscription.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload. You acknowledge that AI analysis is dependent on document quality and that the Platform may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results (hallucinations). You agree to perform independent validation of all milestone dates, commercial values, and risk ratings generated by the Platform.

4. Credit Policy & Billing

Usage of the Insight Engine is governed by a credit-based system. Credits are consumed upon the initiation of a forensic run. Credits are non-refundable once an analysis has commenced, regardless of the output outcome, unless a technical system failure is proven.

5. Automated Data Retention & Deletion

To protect the sensitivity of construction project data, we enforce a strict automated "Passive Janitor" cleanup protocol:

• Analytical Reports: Automatically purged 90 days after generation.
• Raw Project Documents: Automatically deleted 365 days after upload.

It is your responsibility to download and archive any reports or data you require for long-term record keeping before these automated cycles occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Romenter Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, liquidated damages (LDs) incurred on projects, or legal costs arising from the use of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, algorithms, UI designs, and branding associated with Romenter.ai: Insight Engine are the exclusive property of Romenter Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for their internal business purposes.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
